Lush Haul

I went to Lush and had a blast. Big hugs and Kisses to Angela and Ike from the Lush store in the Northpark Mall in Dallas, Texas. Also, the lovely ladies at the Lush in the Galleria Mall in Dallas, Texas. My boyfriend is helping me with this review and the others to come. Exciting news

I've partnered up with TC Makeup studios in Dallas Texas. I am one of their featured artists so you can come and visit me there and schedule appointments with me if you ever want your makeup done. MAC/Ben Nye/Forever 21 Haul

Ok, so yesterday I went to 2 different MAC stores, Norcostco, and Forever21. Most of you know that I live in Dallas, Texas, so the stuff I got was in or around the DFW metroplex. First, I went to MAC pro store in the Northpark Mall. I got two lipglasses (Liberated and Gold Rebel) and one eyeshadow (Vibrant Grape) from the Style Warrior Collection. I know you are probably thinking "why Vibrant Grape when it's a staple color?", I'm sure. Well, I like the packaging and I needed Vibrant Grape anyway. Not to mention I was not all that blown away by the other colors. I mean who doesn't have Tempting already? The Soft Force was nice and I am wondering will I have to make another trip to MAC but for right now I'm okay with my Vibrant Grape. I bought a 15 eyeshadow palette holder too. Needed that since I've been depotting all my pot shadows and putting them in my easy carrying palette.

After that I went to Norcostco (in the Wycliff district in Dallas Texas). That is my one stop shop for Ben Nye products. I got two colors (Chartreuse in the Lumi`ere

grande color and Orange pop in the Powder Rouge). I also bought a cream liner in Black since I ran out of my Fluidline in BlackTrack. So I'm giving the Ben Nye liner a chance. So far so good.

My boyfriend and I stopped for burgers at this one little place that sits on Lemmon Ave near the Oaklawn area. As we finished eating, I happened to look out the window and saw that we were right next to one of my favorite beauty supply stores..Lemmon Wigs!!! If you don't know anything about this store, let me give you a brief insight. Lemmon Wigs is so fun to me and most of my beauty and artistic needs. It sits so close to Oaklawn you could spit on it. For those of you who don't know, Oaklawn is a neighborhood populated by mainly gay people. They call it the "Gayborhood". So naturally Lemmon wigs caters to the drag queens in that area. They have fabulous jewelry, lashes, wigs, butt pads!!! You name it they should have it, if not they will look into it and will promise to order it. I've asked for things and come back the next weekend and they're there. So check them out. I LOVE THEM!!!

I came home and just was not all the way complete with my makeup buying extravaganza...so I went back to MAC. To keep from looking like a nerd and addict, I did what all normal people do....I went to another MAC pro store that is 26 miles away. I mean that really isn't far...really. So, I get to that MAC store and I had a major change of heart...kinda. I wanted 'Fierce and Fabulous' however, when I got on it, I saw that it was so similar to other things I have so instead I got 'Style Warrior'. I was still happy as ever because it had the zebra print top and a gorgeous color inside. So instead of 'Fierce and Fabulous' I got the lipstick that looks like the 'Fierce and fabulous' lipglass...Purple Rite. It is pretty and gives me that same great color. If I want more sparkle, I'll add some gloss or dazzleglass to it.

Finally, the best way to end a day like this was to "accidentally" end up in Forever 21. I found the cutest pair of earrings. I must have been super lucky but the perfect headband to go alongside those earrings was staring me in the face. I saw another pair I wanted but we didn't want to walk back tot he car to come back in, so you know that means I'll be back there really soon. Enjoy the pictures.

My Birthday Haul

My birthday was May 21st of this year....just passed. I wanted to show the things I received from my boyfriend and his family.

This year was a really decent birthday. First my Mother and Father surprised me by adding money to my bank account. That was really a nice way to wake up. After that my cell phone went crazy. I got so many calls and text messages wishing me a "Happy Birthday" Although, I stayed up the night before extremely late, I really appreciated the Happy Birthday love. When my boyfriend got off work, He came home with a nice Ice Cream cake from TCBY and it had this Pecan Praline ice cream center. Ooooh Wee it was so good. He cooked nachos and gave me a couple of my birthday gifts. Tonight I get some more of my birthday extravaganza. We're taking his kiddos with us to eat. This means I get good food, great margaritas, and top notch entertainment because his kids are one of a kind crazy. LOL Who knows what the night brings after we drop the kids back off. Let me show you what else I got for my birthday.

I got these earrings for free since I spent a lot of money in this one Beauty Supply store.I bought these for only 4.80 plus tax at Forever21. I love these.
